The client, a leading representative body for the banking and finance industry, supports approximately 300 firms. In response to growing regulatory emphasis on Operational Resilience, the client sought to enhance their offering by developing the skills, processes, and capabilities needed by member firms to manage operational disruption effectively.
Background
In light of new Operational Resilience policies issued by regulatory bodies, RiskCom partnered with the client to establish the Risk & Resilience Academy. This Academy was designed to help senior managers cultivate a resilient culture within their organisations, aligning with the latest regulatory requirements.
Solution
The Risk & Resilience Academy comprised a series of eight facilitated virtual workshops aimed at equipping senior managers with the tools to embed resilience within their organisations. The programme included:
