Marc Guerriot
Marc Guerriot is a recognised expert in risk communication and organisational resilience, with over 15 years of experience in the field. A graduate of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in London, he co-founded KRisk Risk and Resilience Management, a consultancy specialising in critical infrastructure, particularly within the finance and insurance sectors. Marc has also served as a risk communication advisor in the aerospace and aviation industries, working with companies such as BAA and Global Infrastructure Partners. He designed the first public programme for the Risk and Resilience Academy at the IRM and has led numerous consultancy projects for international organisations.
Marc’s expertise includes environmental and social risk management, training, and strategic consultancy. He has developed risk communication strategies for major projects, including employee behaviour and customer relations at BAA, and a strategic communication programme for Eden Springs Water Coolers.

Grant Kennedy
Grant Kennedy is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in risk management. He holds a B.Sc., a Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Management, and certifications from Grad IOSH and MIRM. With over a decade of experience, Grant is a co-founder of KRisk, a consultancy specialising in risk management for critical infrastructure, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors. His career also includes work in the aerospace and aviation industries with leading companies such as BAE Systems and Airbus. Additionally, he has developed and led significant programmes for the Risk and Resilience Academy and the Institute of Risk Management.
Grant’s expertise encompasses environmental and social risk management, training, organisational resilience, and strategic consultancy for major international institutions, including the World Bank and NATO.
